Guiguinto National Vocational High School--Annex is a public high school located at Brgy. Malis, Guiguinto, Bulacan. It is the extension school of GNVHS main campus(located at Brgy. Poblacion, Guiguinto, Bulacan). GNVHS Annex first started in 2011 and open its door for the students who were studying in the main campus to lessen their burden. At the same year, it operated it just second year only and with the few number of students.

Today, the school has offering Grade 10 and the school has also provided the needs of the students to enhance the quality education for the children of the people of Barangay Malis.
